Aptly titled, “Big warning, Big armed, or perhaps just Big storm” I can’t make it out precisely. But one thing for sure is there is something very identifiable in this abstract work from Sweden. It’s both dark and light. A rural orchestra of stroke and colour, it is undoubtedly a beautiful work of gesture and tone. Something mysterious about it looms in my subconscious, something I can’t quite define but nonetheless it captures the feeling of the passing of a storm.
