About Cave Gallery

The Cave is a study of spacial relationships. It’s a cultural experience center with no beginning, middle or end. It has no shape and is closer to a liquid form of ideas than anything physical. Whatever objects, conversations, or gestures have arrived here is something like a coral reef; an accumulation supporting and sustaining life.

Created by Max King in 2019, Cave is a way of seeing the rich text of the world we inhabit. Bringing together iconic international designers, found objects and the natural world through a unique perspective. Entering the Cave invites you to question how you experience the world, how you relate to it and our place in it. By engaging your sense of space and experience as much as your sense of curiosity and adventure, each item has it’s own story and it’s now part of your personal context. An important dialogue between past and present, era and culture.
