Fantastic lithograph marked 1/1 titled ‘Tavern’ from Seattle artist Billie King. The childlike rendering of this scene contrasted by the dull and perhaps sinister look of the other patrons in the bar is quite impactful and although the forms and structures are rudimentary, the looming eeriness lingers through the quick handed gestures of muddled dark tones. I suppose all the pieces here are cave favourites but this is top of the list.
